School of Creative Education

SoCE has joined the other independent schools who have closed their properties and moved into school-designed home education. We are utilising online services to continue guiding our students’ educational journey and commune with them and their families.
This was a democratic decision made by our staff... we researched, spoke and felt... and determined we seek to protect the wellbeing of our children, staff and families first and foremost.
We are connected with a growing number of independent schools who have made the same decision.
We support the closure of school properties as a quest towards social responsibility.
The pandemic may pass with it’s heartache and losses, and the increased social responsibility born of it may offer us a healthier way of being for when we can be near each other again.

One of our goals is to co-create a school that is sustainable (socially and ecologically) and self-sufficient. We have begun our second year of schooling and with present global concerns, we are, right now, ready to take our goal to it's height.

So, we have a favour to ask. Could you:
* help us generate a list of products we may need to learn to
produce, and
* teach us what you know?

It may be the production of soaps, food, toilet papers, paper, cleaning detergents, immune boosters... you name it! Our community is uniquely rich with wellbeing practices... it's time we reach out to you. Would you be happy to teach us?

If we all have gifts to offer, why ask children to wait til adulthood to experience and come to know theirs?
How many adults still struggle with their life purpose? Could knowing one’s gifts at a younger age have made any difference?

A bigger picture can remind us how important the smaller picture really is. Every word, every action creates an outcome. When we create with love, our outcomes are infused with love. Today we will create 1001 small pictures.

When our. children need some time out, they only need let us know where they’ll be and how long for and we keep an eye on them.
We want them to self-identify their needs, know solutions to them and be free to act upon them 😍
