Teachers, has anyone ever taught you about cognitive empathy?

It's possible it comes naturally to you or perhaps you once had this innate quality about you. Maybe it got lost amongst all the systems, structures and compliances in education, that overtook what you feel and why you decided to become a teacher in the first place.

You care about children. You want to support them and guide them, to help them uncover their true potential.

But you feel bogged down by the routine, the paperwork, the constant battles with students, and the expectations on you. This has you feeling down about yourself.

If you are not showing yourself cognitive empathy, how can this translate into your classroom?

I'm offering you an escape for 3 hours to just focus on yourself for a change.
To uncover information about you that you have never been shown.

This 3 x 1 hour session masterclass is designed to support you to understand yourself so that you can manage when things become challenging, when your day goes completely off track and all your plans go out the window. To be able to cope with uncertainties, with behaviours of others' you don't understand, to be able to remain the steady ship in the storm.

This is what is required of you as an educator now. Yes, it's alot. But it is manageable and there is support.

Join me for this unique masterclass to Amplify Your Energy; starting next Thursday 14th May at 7.30PM.

If you're a parent living in Australia and you're not curious about how your child learns and why they are struggling at school, how are you able to support them?

This is not a guilt trip by any means, more like a message of warning that your child may be one of the 47% of children in Australian schools who are not developmentally on track. That's nearly half of all students across Australia! Their cognitive learning gaps may be going unnoticed, or worse, being ignored.

You know that feeling as a parent when you know something isn't quite right but you don't know who to ask for help, or you've asked questions but have been told not to worry, your child will catch up when they are ready.

I'm giving you permission to listen to your intuition, to trust your inner guidance that is telling you, there is more to it.

Join me this Saturday for a one hour information session where I'll lift the lid on how children learn, why they may be struggling or going under the radar and how you can support their cognitive foundations.

Register free now and you'll receive a free Amplify Learning Abilities Screener for your child for registering and attending.

Are you a parent who is waking in the night worrying about how to get your child to school each day? Are you wondering what you’ve done wrong and blaming yourself? Are you worried they are falling behind and every time you try to find out why, you are still left with questions?

I’m here to tell you that no one is to blame. But there is a reason why your child may be struggling, misbehaving, be misunderstood by teachers or simply not focused at school.

As a parent of three children myself, I often found it frustrating that I didn’t know more about how my children learn and how to support them. This is why I’m so passionate about helping you understand these things that no one else will tell you. Join me for a free information session, where I’ll lift the lid on what you should know about your child, how they learn and how gaps in their cognitive abilities can impact their learning capacity. I'm going to be totally honest with you. When I began teaching in 2007, I had no idea how much energy it would take out of me. It literally took the wind out of me. I was teaching up to 80 students each week, all of whom I had a vested interest in supporting. I felt responsible for them. Maybe because I care too much. That was a turning point in my career.

While teaching young adult students, I noticed something shocking. Many of them had very little skills in writing and presenting and had little interest in improving themselves, it shocked me.

That's why I've been working diligently since then to make sure no child misses out on realising their potential.

As teachers you have such a huge responsibility to make sure of this, and it can weigh extremely heavily on you.

Your brain processes over 35,000 decisions a day as a teacher. That's more than a surgeon or an air traffic controller!

Yet we send teachers into classrooms with no neuroscience training, no cognitive reset tools, and into highly stressful situations.

The exhaustion you feel isn't weakness. It's your brain telling you it needs a reset.

Here's the fastest one I learned from extensive training of my own brain and learning from the best of the best coaches in the world — I call it the Rapid Human Intelligence Reset: or RHI Reset

Learning about how your brain and mind works is my passion and it is for this one reason - when you take back control of your mind instead of allowing it to control you, you amplify your human intelligence to be able to manage in highly stressful situations.

How do I know this works? I've transformed myself and I've helped many of my own clients experience this transformation. It all comes back to observing your mind and rewiring the neural pathways in your brain that hold you back from being the best version of you, in any situation.

I'm sharing what I know works in my three week masterclass, starting this Thursday 16th April at 7.30pm.

If you want to thrive in your very important role as an educator, I suggest you don't hesitate to take the chance to learn something about yourself.

Your energy is your currency and it is sacred. It must be protected, nurtured but also shared in a way that benefits you and your students. When you learn to manage your mind, you also learn to manage your energy.

What you'll learn during our three sessions together:
Week 1: Amplify Your Energy
The neuroscience of stress — identifying what's actually happening in your brain and how to manage and release energy that causes stress

Week 2: Amplify Your Intelligence — Rewire stress into strength
Identifying which cognitive functions are impacted by stress and learn cognitive reframing techniques

Week 3: Amplify Your Impact — Build your Teacher Resilience Blueprint. Leave with a whole book of strategies to keep using.

You won't regret investing in yourself by taking action!

Teachers, You know that feeling at around 2pm where you struggle to form a complete thought?

You’re sitting at your desk or getting students organised and you genuinely cannot remember what you were about to do?

That’s not age. It’s not laziness. That’s your brain telling you something critically important — and nobody has ever explained what.

Here’s the neuroscience. Your cortisol — your primary stress hormone — drops sharply in the early afternoon. After a day of sustained cognitive load, emotional regulation and constant decision-making, your prefrontal cortex — your thinking brain — has used up its available resources.

The 3pm crash is your brain filing an urgent resource request. And often you have to ignore it and push through.

The most powerful thing you can do in that moment takes only a few minutes.

I teach teachers a technique called the HI Reset — and it’s the first thing we cover in my 3-week live masterclass series starting next week.

$100. Three live sessions. Your brain will never hit 3pm the same way again.

We start this Thursday 16th April at 7.30pm AEST. See you there. 🧠

All children learn at a different pace and the nature of school is that time is often limited for them to complete their work. If a child is struggling to keep up and feels left behind, this impacts more than their academic learning.

They lose self confidence, some increase negative behaviours or may refuse school altogether. It can be disheartening for you as a parent and challenging to know how to support them.

There are many skills their brain needs to be able to process information quickly. The neural pathways in the brain need to be cleared to make thinking and processing come more easily. This can impact their confidence dramatically and their love for learning.

There are ways to support their learning development by supporting them to learn the skills needed to uncover their learning potential, but first it's helpful to understand what their actual gaps are.

Learning for them can become a chore, something to fear or withdraw from altogether.

There are ways to support their learning development by learning the skills needed to uncover their learning potential, but first you need to understand what their actual gaps are.
