George Mikhael is the Founder of Simple Training Academy, a trusted RTO dedicated to delivering high-quality training in the security industry. With a genuine passion for education, George believes that empowering people with knowledge, practical skills, and confidence can create lasting career opportunities and strengthen the industry as a whole.

Over the years, George has helped thousands of students begin or advance their careers by fostering a supportive learning environment that focuses on professionalism, integrity, and real-world skills.

George has proudly served as a Board Member of the Security Trainers Association for seven consecutive years, working alongside industry professionals to support excellence in security training and promote high standards across the sector and has been in the security industry for 26 years.

As part of his commitment to recognising those who protect our communities, George also leads the annual International Security Officers Day celebrations at Simple Training Academy. This special event honours the dedication, professionalism, and contribution of security officers, bringing together students, trainers, & industry leaders to celebrate the people who make our communities safer.

With over 24 years of experience in the industry, Marian brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and dedication to her role.

Passionate about education and empowering others, Marian is a strong advocate for increasing female participation in the security industry. She is committed to encouraging more women to pursue rewarding careers in security by promoting confidence, inclusion, and equal opportunities within the profession.
