😍 What interests you the most about being a part of a brand-new school community?
The opportunity to contribute to the development of a strong school culture from the outset is something I find particularly exciting. I look forward to working alongside colleagues, students and families to establish high expectations, build positive relationships and create a learning environment where all students can thrive.

🙌 What's one highlight from your teaching experiences that always sticks with you?
A highlight of my teaching career has been supporting students to make meaningful growth, both academically and personally. Seeing students build confidence, develop independence and achieve goals they may not have initially thought possible is always rewarding and reinforces why I chose teaching.

💜 What are some passions, interests or hobbies that you have outside of school?
Outside of school, I enjoy reading, exploring new places, travelling, and spending time with family and friends. I love experiencing different cultures and environments, and a personal goal of mine is to visit every continent. I also enjoy cooking and finding opportunities to continue learning through new experiences.

😍 What interests you the most about being a part of a brand-new school community?
What interests me most about being part of a brand-new school community is the opportunity to help shape a positive and inclusive culture from the very beginning. I enjoy building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and I am excited by the chance to contribute ideas, traditions, and practices that will support a thriving learning environment. I value creating engaging classrooms while maintaining high expectations, and I look forward to growing alongside the school community as it establishes its identity and shared vision.

🙌 What's one highlight from your teaching experiences that always sticks with you?
One highlight from my teaching experiences that always stays with me is witnessing those "light-bulb" moments when a concept suddenly clicks for a student. Seeing their confidence grow and the excitement they feel when they realise they can succeed is incredibly rewarding. Those moments remind me why I love teaching and inspire me to continue creating engaging and supportive learning experiences for all students.

💜 What are some passions, interests or hobbies that you have outside of school?
Outside of school, I enjoy staying active by working out at the gym and going on adventures, including hiking and exploring new places. I also love cooking and trying out new dishes, which allows me to be creative and experience different cultures and flavours.

Education Support

Supportive, patient and compassionate.

😍 What interests you the most about being a part of a brand-new school community?
Is that I get an opportunity to help shape a positive and supportive culture from the very beginning. I enjoy building strong relationships with students, staff, and families, and being involved in creating routines, traditions, and learning environments that help everyone feel connected and valued. It is exciting to be part of a team that is working together towards a shared vision and making a meaningful difference in the lives of students as the school grows.

🙌 How do you see your role contributing to the overall culture of the school?
I see my role as contributing to a positive and respectful school culture by building strong relationships with students, staff, and families. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where all students feel valued, encouraged, and able to participate in their learning.

💜 What are some passions, interests or hobbies that you have outside of school?
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and taking my dogs on adventures as I am a foster mum for dogs and I volunteer at a rescue. I also enjoy reading, and finding opportunities to learn new skills. These interests help me maintain a healthy work-life balance and bring a positive, energetic mindset to my role at school.

I am incredibly excited to be joining the team at Kulap Primary School! I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to be part of a brand-new school community and to contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for all students.

I can't wait to meet the students, families, and staff, build meaningful relationships, and be part of the school's journey from the very beginning. I'm looking forward to supporting our students to thrive, and becoming a valued member of the Kulap Primary community.

Education Support - Multicultural Education Aide

Kind, Supportive, Dedicated.

😍 What interests you the most about being a part of a brand-new school community?
What excites me most about being part of a brand-new school is the chance to leave footprints where no path exists yet.
I would enjoy contributing ideas, supporting my peers, and helping create a positive environment where students can learn, grow, and feel included. It would be exciting to have a voice in shaping the school community and making it a welcoming place for everyone.

🙌 How do you see your role contributing to the overall culture of the school?
I believe culture is shaped by everyday interactions—showing respect, being approachable, collaborating with colleagues, and modelling the values the school wants students to develop.
My role would be to contribute positively to those moments every day—whether that’s how I greet students in the morning, support a colleague during a busy period, or respond when challenges arise.
I would aim to contribute by fostering a welcoming environment, supporting teamwork across the school, and maintaining open, constructive communication.

💜 What are some passions, interests or hobbies that you have outside of school?
Outside of school, I enjoy gardening and creating time for meaningful moments with my family. Watching plants grow from tiny seeds into something beautiful gives me a sense of accomplishment and patience. I also value family time because it allows me to relax, share experiences, and build lasting memories with my family.
