Kidz On Track There are training sessions for junior (little athletics), seniors from beginner to experienced.

Our training programs are focused on skill development for all ages, mastering fundamental movements

- Level 3 performance coach
- Level 3 sprints and hurdles
- Level 3 jumps
- Track & Field
- Strength and Conditioning
- Performace Kidz On Track Coaching, provides specialist athletics coaching covers varying events such as: decathlon, heptathlon, sprinting / sprints, hurdles, long jump, high jump, javelin, discus, shot put and middle to long distance running. Through strong coaching and mentoring, Kidz On Track focusses on an athlete’s development of overall health and fitness, mastering correct technique of basic skill.

A huge few days ahead for our KOT athletes! The hard work has been done — now it’s time to compete, enjoy the experience and give it everything.

Our KOT coaching staff will be trackside every day, from our first athlete competing to our very last, supporting and coaching our athletes throughout the championships. 💙

WOW — WHAT AN AMAZING RESULT! 💙🔥

Our first competition together as a KOT squad and we finished an incredible 5TH OVERALL at the 2026 Multicultural Athletic Meet! 🏆

14 GOLD 🥇 | 2 SILVER 🥈 | 7 BRONZE 🥉

That’s 23 medals and an outstanding effort from our athletes!

But what made the day even better was seeing everyone competing, supporting each other and enjoying being part of the KOT team.

A massive thank you to all our athletes, parents, grandparents and supporters who came along. 💙

It was great seeing so many athletes at the track competing, supporting and celebrating each other. The encouragement between teammates is exactly what KOT is all about. 💙
