Am so incredibly inspired and proud of my beautiful friend and SAORI student Jayne Newgreen, as she exhibits her amazing woven work in the collaborative BOUND exhibition for Ballarat Craft & Design Week. Watching your creativity blossom over the last 2 years, as you discover and step into your identity as a textile artist has been wonderful to witness and mentor. 🌸🧶 I can't wait to see where this new Chapter leads for you... ✨️❤️

The end to a big day... ♨️
Am away hosting my 4-day Immersive SAORI weaving & Mindfulness Retreat at the stunning in Hepburn Springs.
A big 2nd day of teaching, guiding, storytelling, meditation, creative weaving, inspiring, eating exquisite Japanese food, and savouring the present moment...away from the hustle, demands and downright craziness of the world! 🫣
Now, a soak in the outdoor Japanese hinoki onsen, under the stars on this perfect Autumn evening. I feel like I've been transported back to my life in Japan, and it's the ultimate way to unwind after a beautiful day of teaching and sharing my energy all day. ✨️❤️

Just another day at the office... 🌞

After a really busy February and March in life, business, the studio and the farm, we've escaped up to the Murray for a few days for a family holiday.

Today, I'm catching up on some admin and sending out emails to my upcoming Retreat guests with this gorgeous view as my background.

Then it's refiling my cup (figuratively and literally!) with a glass of Prosecco, enjoying the sunshine, immersing in some mindful creativity and spending much-needed time with family and friends. 🥂

As such, Dyeing To Weave will be closed until Wednesday 8th April. Any online orders will be posted out then.

I feel so blessed to be able to live this incredible life! Thanks so much for being along for the ride. ✨
