🎓 80 Days to Go – Class of 2026! 🎓

Today we celebrated a very special milestone with our Year 12 Class of 2026 – just 80 days of school remaining!

We took a moment to pause, celebrate how far our young people have come, and reflect on the importance of making the most of every day that remains. The final chapter of school is filled with opportunities to learn, grow, create memories, strengthen friendships and prepare for the exciting pathways that lie ahead.

Our message to our Year 12s is simple: make every day count, embrace the opportunities in front of you, and treasure the experience. These days will pass quickly, and before long, you'll be looking back on your time at The Industry School Redlands with pride.

We marked the occasion with a class photo, plenty of smiles and, of course, cupcakes! 🧁📸

Chad and Jen, the Lead Architect and the Interior Designer from Hayball, reflect on the 3-year long process of bringing the new Redlands campus to life.

Designing the new Redlands campus started with deep listening. From visiting our campuses across SEQ and collaborating closely with our Teachers and Leadership Team on everything from the big-picture layout down to the joinery and furniture details, it was a truly shared approach from the very beginning.

🏠 Building Hope in Siem Reap

At the end of September, students from The Industry School campuses across Queensland — including Cleveland campus — along with staff and local industry partners, are heading off on our annual International Service Project.

In partnership with New Hope Cambodia, the team will travel to Siem Reap to build two houses for two critically poor families, giving our students a real, hands-on, life-changing experience.
To help our students raise the funds to make this trip possible, we're running a raffle, with the draw taking place at the end of Term 3 (Sep 18th)! 🎉

A huge thank you to our generous donors, including Brisbane Racing Club, Bunnings Trade Australia, and JETPILOT, for supporting our students and the families we'll be helping in Siem Reap. Every contribution makes a genuine difference. 💚

Our industry partners are the backbone of what we do at The Industry School, and these collaborations give our students a true head start through hands-on experience, mentorship, and genuine career pathways.

What an incredible milestone for our community. 🎉

Today, we opened our new Redlands campus to the local community for our Open Day!

It was fantastic to see so many families, staff, students, and industry partners join us to experience firsthand what makes The Industry School deliberately different.

Young people rolled up their sleeves and tried our hands-on bricklaying and welding activities, while our Principal and Deputy Principal shared insights into our unique education model during presentations.

Our Student Leaders proudly guided visitors through our state-of-the-art facility, and hearing directly from our student panel offered a powerful look into their individual pathways.

We also loved connecting with our industry partners in our Industry Hub area. 🙌

Thank you to everyone involved in making today unforgettable as we step into a bold new chapter of learning and earning in the Redlands.
