Some weeks seem to disappear before we’ve even had a chance to notice them.

So tonight I’m reminding myself that it’s okay to simply stop for a while. Not everything needs to be finished tonight, and not every quiet moment needs to be filled.

Whatever your Wednesday has looked like, I hope there’s a little space in your evening for something that makes you feel good, a cuppa, a favourite book, some music, a quiet moment outside… or simply doing absolutely nothing for a while. 🤍

Can confirm these guys are amazing - attended a comedy night hosted there and it was amazing and the drinks top notch - love our community and supporting local small businesses!

❤️ SUPPORT LOCAL — A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO REDLANDS COAST DISTILLERY! ❤️

We are incredibly passionate about supporting local businesses here in the Redlands Coast, and after the experience we had this weekend, this one absolutely deserves a shout-out!

Our son was turning 18 and we were looking for a local venue that gave us flexibility with space, catering and budget. From our very first conversation with Steve at Redlands Coast Distillery, we knew we'd chosen the right place.

🍴 The setup was brilliant.
The venue has a full commercial-style kitchen, which allowed us to self-cater while having everything we needed to prepare and send food out efficiently throughout the night.

🥃 The drinks selection was fantastic.
What made it even better was knowing that so many of the drinks being served were distilled right there on site. There's something pretty special about drinking a locally made product while the bloke behind it is standing behind the bar serving you!

🎶 The venue itself ticked every box.
Heaps of room, fantastic lighting, a great sound setup and — very importantly for some of our guests — TVs for the sports fans! 😂

But the biggest shout out has to go to the Redlands Coast Distillery team. They were absolutely amazing. They weren't just working behind the bar — they were engaging with our guests, laughing, smiling and making sure everyone was looked after. They genuinely helped make Cooper's 18th a fantastic night.

If you haven't heard of this local Redlands business before, do yourself a favour and check them out. You can find Redlands Coast Distillery at the Cleveland Markets every Sunday, or visit them during the week at 2 Christine Place, Capalaba.

We couldn't have asked for a better local venue to celebrate such an important milestone for our family.
