Hello beautiful humans! It has been a while since I posted. Almost feels like I have forgotten how to write a caption. 😅 It was a small leap of faith in itself to want to finally post this today but yay!! I can't wait to create more content, God! I didn't know I missed creating so much, there is a different kind of liberation in having this platform where I can share my thoughts with you all! I wish my reply had more workactions, better mental health and a lot of crazy experiences not so much of which I have recently begun doing since 2021. But I know I am consciously working towards changing this, one day at a time.

We do performance reviews, KPI setting, goal setting, expectation setting and what not at work. Let's start doing the same for ourselves and for our close relations too. It gives so much clarity, it is unreal.

Just like we see a heart specialist if we have a heart problem why not see a therapist when we have a problem with our mental health? Yes, there are the usual solutions like journaling, meditating, traveling, talking to friends but trust me talking to a therapist and taking their help is such a peaceful way of dealing with the major lows of your life. 🌻

Personally when I chose to take therapy, I thought I was taking it for a particular event of my life but turns out I had a lot of deep rooted issues that were completely shoved under the carpet by me. In fact a lot of it, I did not even know existed until I took therapy.

Now I am so relieved and so glad that I was able to address such a big set back of my life in a very systematic and non-toxic manner because healing is extremely taxing as a process. If you don't know your way of healing or the actual cause of the emotions you are dealing with then you can make the problem worse and go deeper into it rather than getting over it.

Personally I took help from and I cannot thank her enough with how smooth the experience was and how she made me feel so comfortable to be able share everything. I would totally recommend her if any of you are looking at taking therapy. She has helped a lot of people and I know and everyone has only good things to say about her. 😇

A 12 year old who was supposed to be worrying about her Math test or her Abacus class was learning how to protect herself from not getting eve teased just because she wanted to use a local train all by herself so that she could go to her mom's office. 👧

This is majorly because I am a girl, yes safety needs to be taken care of when you travel in a public transport but that is to be safe from getting mugged not being safe form non- consensual touch. 😡

I am one such girl who learnt these tricks from her sister or mother but I am sure there are many such girls like me for whome even commuting by train is a mission in itself and it is so normalized that it does not feel like a big deal anymore but when you see it from the outside, a simple train ride should not have so many insecurities for a little girl. 😕
