Melbourne RoboCats is an all-girls FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team consisting of girls aged 13-18 years.
Our aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where girls can build confidence in themselves, their abilities, and what they are capable of through building robots. We aim to make STEM more accessible to young girls regardless of their background or any prior experience. The FIRST Digital Animation Award has launched! The winning team receives a FIRST trophy 🏆, and new this year: a sponsorship covering the 2026/2027 registration fee, plus every student on a team that submits an animation is eligible for a $1,000 scholarship to Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI)💰.
