Are you excited of another amazing MASS Cubed event? Next week we will be hosting the Advanced Science Symposium. This event will run like kind of like a real science conference. So this should be a great way to start getting used to how real conferences work.

This event will include:
- some presentations from undergrad students about their recent or current research projects.
- a keynote presentation by PhD student Alyssa Fjeld!
- and a panel on what conferences are and how to make the most of them (think of this like a conferences survival guide).

This will be a great night and we cannot wait to see you there!

Here is a guide to the MASS Cubed committee!
The AGM is coming up very soon and you may be curious what each member of the MASS cubed committee does. This post provides you with an overview of each committee role so you can see which may suit you best.
If you want to help shape your favourite club (that’s us right…) you should consider joining the next MASS cubed committee!

A reminder that the AGM will be held on Monday 28th September from 5PM (see previous post for more details)

It’s that time of year. Time for our Annual General Meeting.
If you are already a MASS Cubed club member you should have received a notice of AGM via email at the end of last week. This email will contain the nominations form if you are planning to run for a position on the committee.

IMPORTANT: to be able to vote, you must be an ordinary member of MASS Cubed for at least 7 days before the AGM.
