Last Saturday, our Kindergarten students learned the Greek letter Χχ by creating a beautiful χελώνα (turtle) με πολλά χρώματα! 🐢🌈

We love seeing their creativity shine and their confidence in learning Greek grow each week. Well done to all our wonderful little learners! 🇬🇷✨

Our Kinder class has been busy learning the letter Αα and bringing it to life in the cutest way possible by making their very own αράχνη 🕷️💙

The excitement in the room as the children practised writing Αα on the whiteboard was honestly something special to watch. Their confidence, smiles and enthusiasm made the whole class light up.

Well done to Nicole, our wonderful Kinder teacher, for creating such a fun and interactive learning experience for the kids.

We are so proud of how excited and engaged everyone was on Saturday, sooooo cute and so proud of tgem 👏🇬🇷🇬🇷Αα🇬🇷

At Pedia Greek School our Monday Prep class is learning the letter Λλ and bringing it to life by creating their own λουλούδι (flower) 🌸

We love seeing their creativity bloom while they build confidence in the Greek language through hands on learning and fun activities 💙🤍

Our Prep class had a beautiful time last Monday making bracelets and heartfelt beautiful Mother’s Day cards. The creativity, smiles and effort from the kids were absolutely amazing.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mums, grandmothers and mother figures in our Pedia Greek School community 🌸

A great mum is so much more than someone who simply raises a child. She is a teacher, protector, supporter, chauffeur, counsellor, chef, cheerleader, and the heart of the family all at once. A great mum sacrifices quietly, worries endlessly, loves unconditionally, and somehow still finds the strength to keep going every single day.

Thank you for the late nights, early mornings, school runs, homework help, hugs when things are hard, and the encouragement you give your children to become proud, respectful, and confident young people. Thank you for teaching them the importance of family, culture, language, faith, and kindness.

At Pedia Greek School, we see firsthand the love and commitment our mums show by keeping the Greek language and traditions alive for the next generation. That gift is something your children will carry with them forever.

Our amazing students created their very own lambathes from scratch 🕯️

They carefully cut out the shapes, painted them with creativity, and beautifully decorated each one in their own unique way. It was incredible to see their effort and imagination come to life.

Along the way, we also taught them the meaning behind the lambatha candle and its importance in Greek Orthodox Easter traditions, helping them connect with our culture, faith, and heritage.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Greek Easter filled with love, family, and happiness.

Holy Friday is the only day of the year when the Greek Evzones, the soldiers of the Presidential Guard, lower their heads while on duty, as Greece marks the Passion of Christ with mourning, prayer, and the Epitaphios procession.
