Year 10 and 11 Visual Arts students enjoyed an inspiring excursion on Tuesday this week, visiting the Art Gallery of Western Australia to view the 2025 Pulse Exhibition. Showcasing outstanding works by 2025 ATAR Visual Arts students, the exhibition offered valuable insight into senior secondary artmaking and creative practice.

Students then travelled to the Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre to experience Pasar Malam/Night Market: Contemporary Printmaking from Indonesia and Australia, exploring contemporary printmaking and engaging with a range of artistic ideas.

This morning, we held the grand final of the House Arts competition, where Senior School students competed in Chess, Public Speaking, a Spelling Bee, eSports, and Speed Puzzling.

House Arts is a well-loved part of the Beatty Cup competition, which takes place across the year.

Today is Giving Day, and our Prep boys spent the morning exploring kindness and generosity through stories and discussion.

Enjoy this video of Mr Nick Hogan reading 'James Holloway’s Life-Changing Experience' to his Year 3 class - a story created to inspire gratitude and show how a scholarship can transform a young person's future.
