What a fun day celebrating all things books at Churchill Primary School! 🎉📖

Our students (and staff!) looked amazing dressed up as some of their favourite book characters. We loved seeing everyone's creativity, imagination and enthusiasm! 💕📚

TEDDY BEAR HOSPITAL 🧸
We had Monash medical students come out to us on Friday to do an incursion with our Grade 1s. Teddy Bear Hospital is a not-for-profit organisation run by Monash medical students aiming to reduce ‘white coat anxiety’ in Year 1 students. They run a fun school event where several stations are set up to teach students about healthcare and healthy habits.
Thank you to the students at Monash medical from the faculty of medicine, nursing and allied health sciences for your time and efforts into running this for our students, it was great for our students and we would encourage this incursion at all other schools!
