Lidcombe Early Learning Centre is an approved childcare provider, offering quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Care is fully inclusive including freshly prepared nutritious meals, nappies, formula, wide range of extracurricular activities and school readiness program. Our aim is to provide the best possible start for your child’s Early Childhood Education and Care in a

warm, nurturing and safe environment. Programming is tailored to each child's unique interest, skills and knowledge to assist in developing their individual personality, resilience and love of learning by encouraging them to explore and discover through play-based activities. We also offer rich and engaging school readiness program to guide and prepare each child to be school-ready and set foundation for early literacy and numeracy. We work closely with families in partnership to enhance this process and value the link between home and Centre.

Watching our preschoolers graduate was such an emotional and proud moments for our families and educators!

This time we had our regular team training at our own centre in Lidcombe. It was a nice change of scenery for our Ashfield Early Learning Centre and Kingsford Early Learning Centre team.

Extending on our children's interest in painting, our educator brought in an interesting material for the children to use - Hairpin Banksia (bottlebrush-like flowers).

The children were very curious and loved the feel of the textures from the "brush" and created their artwork with them.

At Lidcombe ELC, we are always finding ways to develop children's fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and imagination skills.

We had our very first Mother's Day event last week. We'd like to thank everyone who came as it truly has made the afternoon tea party a special and memorable occasion!

It was wonderful to see such devoted and loving mothers/mother figures (and fathers) in our community, and we hope to continue strengthening our bond with your families in the years to come!
