Let’s keep our school zones safe!
Please don’t stop in bus zones—they’re for buses only and must stay clear.
Double parking puts children at risk. Always park safely and legally.
High school students often travel by bus. Please help their commute stay safe by keeping bus zones clear.

What a fantastic day! 16 of our Year 9 and 10 students headed to Bankstown Entertainment Park for the Say Yes to the Trades Expo and got a real look at what a career in the trades can offer.
From hands-on demonstrations to conversations with apprentices, employers and training providers, students explored pathways across construction, electrical, plumbing, automotive, carpentry, hairdressing and more — and discovered just how many opportunities are out there for young people willing to have a go.
A huge thank you to the organisers, exhibitors and industry representatives who gave up their time to talk with our students. And well done to our students, who represented Moorebank High School with enthusiasm, curiosity and great manners throughout the day. 👏
Interested in an apprenticeship or traineeship? Come and see Mr Slobodzian in the Careers Office — there are more opportunities coming up this term.

Ambassadors Celebration and Assembly Highlights

Last week, we proudly recognised the outstanding contributions of our Ambassadors at a special assembly. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate their hard work and dedication.

This event also marks a great step in fostering leadership skills from an early age, inspiring our students to take on important roles in the school community. Each Ambassador was presented with their badge as a symbol of their commitment and responsibility.

We are excited to share that Ms. Clark will be leading the Ambassadors team, guiding our students as they grow their leadership and make a positive impact.

Congratulations to all our Ambassadors — we are excited to see your leadership continue to flourish!

2026 HSC Showcase Evening
On Tuesday 25 August CAPA and TAS collaborated to present the Year 12 HSC Showcase Evening. The evening included a display of the major projects from Industrial Technology Timber, Visual Arts and Photography in the Library. The exhibition was followed by the Year 12 Music 1 performances in the hall. This annual event is a celebration of the achievements of our HSC students in CAPA and TAS. A huge thank you to all family members present and to the senior exec and all teachers who attended to support our very talented students and thank you to our MC's Prefects Summer and James. A special thank you also to Mr Cole and his amazing Hospitality students who catered for this event.

DL BUZZ- Learning, Inclusion & Pawsitive Connections!

Our Diverse Learning students had a fantastic time taking part in an engaging incursion with the Blind Dog Association. Students had the opportunity to learn about the important role assistance dogs play in supporting people with vision impairment and other disabilities.

It was a wonderful hands-on experience that encouraged empathy, understanding and respect, while giving our students the chance to interact with these incredible working dogs.

A big thank you to the Blind Dog Association for sharing their knowledge and helping our students learn through such a memorable experience!
