What an incredible way to kick off a new semester! Over three days full of activities, we were delighted to welcome our newest students to the CDU Sydney community and help them take their first steps into university life.🌏📚

It has been a fantastic week of meeting new faces, learning about life at CDU, exploring the support services available, and connecting with fellow students. 🫶

A huge thank you to all our staff, student leaders, volunteers, and everyone who participated in making this Orientation such a welcoming, energetic, and memorable experience.🌟👏

What a fantastic three days at the Western Sydney Careers Expo last week!

Our sincere appreciation goes to our incredible CDU Sydney staff who represented the University at the expo, sharing their expertise, answering questions, and helping future students explore their study options and find the path that's right for them.

We also extend our gratitude to our outstanding student leaders who proudly represented CDU on the "Flexible Study Options at Charles Darwin University" panel. By sharing their personal study journeys with authenticity and enthusiasm, they inspired prospective students and offered valuable insights into the CDU experience.

Thank you to everyone who visited the CDU Sydney stand to learn about our courses and student experience. It was a pleasure meeting so many future students, parents, teachers and career advisers, and showcasing how CDU Sydney supports students to achieve their study and career goals.

Last week, CDU Sydney students came together to celebrate the end of semester in style with a vibrant on-campus party! 🥳
Hosted by the fantastic Sydney IT Students' Association, the event brought students from across campus together for an evening full of great vibes, music, and connection. From catching up with friends to meeting new faces, it was a perfect way to wrap up the semester and recognise everyone’s hard work.

All current CDU Sydney international students are invited to join the International Student Leadership and Ambassador Program (ISLA) organised by the

The program offers free training, integrated learning and volunteering opportunities to enhance international student leadership skills and experience, which become transferable to their future careers. Participants also have an opportunity to develop a sense of belonging while getting involved in the design and delivery of local events and activities.

International students with an active enrolment in a tertiary education institution in Greater Sydney, who live, study or work in the City of Sydney local area are eligible to apply. Applications are now open and close on Monday 13 April.
