Final days! ⌛ There are less than two weeks left to explore Kosuke Nagata's solo exhibition 'Suddenly This Overview' at the Japan Foundation Gallery, before it closes on August 29 (Sat).⁠

Featuring works by Kosuke Nagata and curated by Tomoya Iwata, 'Suddenly This Overview' is based on the artist's on-site research of the Japanese War Cemetery and the Japanese Garden in Cowra, New South Wales.⁠

Come along to see Nagata's video artwork documenting Cowra, along with archival newspapers, photographs and more.⁠

If you adore ikebana, don't miss this special event celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Ikenobo Sydney Chapter 💐 To mark this milestone, Headmaster Designate, Senko Ikenobo, will be visiting from Japan to present a special ikebana exhibition and demonstration at the Art Gallery of NSW.⁠

Taking place from August 22-23, this event highlights the beauty of traditional and contemporary Ikebana, while celebrating cultural exchange and respect for life.⁠

Supported by The Japan Foundation, Sydney, this exhibition is an official commemorative project of the 50th Anniversary of the Japan-Australia Basic Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation.⁠
