We know itโ€™s never easy having sick little ones at home, especially during the colder months!
While everyday illness is a normal part of childhood and immune system development, we are doing everything we can to keep sickness at bay.
From regular handwashing and sanitising to thorough cleaning and following our policies and procedures and staying healthy in childcare guidelines.

Sometimes thoughโ€ฆ the germs still win! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Today we are shining the spotlight on our enthusiastic educator, Heidi!

Heidi is a passionate educator with an open minded philosophy and a genuine love for creating meaningful learning experiences. Through enriching, play based and educational programs she encourages children to develop their learning, social skills, imagination, creativity and confidence.๐ŸŒˆโœจ

Outside of work Heidi loves keeping fit and healthy at the gym but her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her daughter.

This week we held our very first Childrenโ€™s Council meeting.

Why? Because childrenโ€™s voices matter and honestly their ideas are 100 times better than ours!
Over the next few meetings our Childrenโ€™s Council will be working together on playground plans that we will hand over to our builder to help transform our outdoor learning space.

Some incredibly exciting ideas were shared alongside lots of thoughtful discussions about safety, accessibility and how we can create a space that works for everyone โค๏ธ
