COACH VELEZ Update! I’ve been quiet on socials but a lot is happening behind the scenes. I’m now the venue manager at the Aquatic and fitness centre in chinchilla. I’ve been running low impact group fitness classes while Deb has been away. And you may have seen me get into the water for the kids learn to swim classes as I do my hours to be a qualified swim coach. Watch this space I want to bring so much more to the Chinchilla community.. should I run a hiit class at the chinchilla swimming pool gym?

Great way to get fit and meet new friends.
Friendly atmosphere, kids are welcome to come and play on the grassy field next to the session or even jump in and participate with their parent.

Just bring your water bottle and a towel.

CHINCHILLA - THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!

RUBY (Rise Up, Be Yourself) is a FREE group exercise program for women who have experienced or are experiencing Domestic & Family Violence. RUBY is more than exercise though; it's about providing an opportunity for women to claim back autonomy and build a community through connection with other women and service providers.

The program is run with safety at the forefront, with a qualified fitness instructor, QPS member and PCYC staff always in attendance.
