Chester Hill High School Newsletter

On Wednesday 3rd June our talented Chester Hill High School Choir proudly represented our school at the In Concert Combined Senior Choir Festival at the Sydney Opera House.
Since the beginning of the year, our 15 dedicated choir members have worked tirelessly to learn six varied and challenging pieces of repertoire, including a 30-minute Requiem sung in Latin and a beautiful South African song conducted by its composer, Dr Michael Barrett.
A highlight of the evening was performing a Wicked Medley alongside Australia's own Lucy Durack, who originated the role of Glinda in the Australian stage production of Wicked.
A heartfelt thank you to the parents and families of our choir members. Your support of our students and the school's participation in this prestigious event helped make the experience truly special.
Congratulations to our choir on an outstanding achievement. We are incredibly proud of you!
