Bullying No Way Week ends with a big question: HOW CAN WE STOP BULLYING? Today's poster highlights the actions everyone can take to prevent bullying. Promoting respect, kindness and speaking up are powerful ways to make a difference. When we work together, every school can be a safe and inclusive place.

Today's poster shares advice for anyone experiencing bullying: I'M BEING BULLIED - WHAT CAN I DO? You're not alone. Talk to someone you trust, document what's happening and seek support from teachers, friends or family. Our community is here for you - no one should have to face bullying on their own.

Day 3 is about reflection: I'VE BEEN CALLED A BULLY - WHAT CAN I DO? Our poster today encourages self-awareness and positive change. If you've been called a bully, it's important to listen, reflect and ask for help. If you know someone who has been called a bully, you can encourage them to listen, reflect and ask for help. Everyone can choose to change their behaviour and help create a safe environment.

Bullying No Way week starts today! Each day this week, we will be sharing a poster exploring different aspects of bullying.
Today's poster answers the question: WHAT IS BULLYING? Bullying is repeated, intentional behaviour that hurts, threatens or intimidates another person. Understanding what bullying really is is the first step towards prevention. Let's raise awareness and create safe spaces for everyone! ๐
