Research Opportunity for Professional & Pre-Professional Dancers
Adult Ballet Centre has been invited to share a research opportunity from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
This study is exploring dance environments and mental health, with the aim of better understanding dancers’ experiences and supporting the future development of effective mental health care within the dance community.
The research team is currently seeking adult professional and pre-professional dancers from all dance styles to participate in a short interview. Participants will receive a $30 voucher in appreciation of their time.

We are delighted to welcome Ellena Nou to the Adult Ballet Centre® teaching team.
Ellena brings a wealth of international experience, having trained at prestigious institutions including The Royal Ballet School and English National Ballet School, and performing throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
With a teaching philosophy grounded in classical excellence, thoughtful progression, and genuine care for the adult dancer, Ellena is passionate about helping ABC dancers build strong technique, confidence, artistry, and joy in their training.
Her extensive professional experience and warm, supportive approach make her a wonderful addition to the ABC faculty, and we are excited for our community to learn from her knowledge, experience, and love of ballet.
