💕 HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! 💕

In the words of Mr Munday: Whether you are a mum or celebrating a mum or someone special, giving or receiving a huge hug, enjoying a special meal, calling or being called, or remembering an awesome mum or someone special, I hope Mother’s Day contained a joyful or meaningful moment for you. 🤗 🥰

We also want to shout out some incredible humans who donated either their time or goodies to help us raise over $2000 through raffles and our Mother’s Day stall. Thank you for the amazing hamper, Neats Haircare in Patterson Lakes for their gorgeous vouchers, Margie Renwick for organising the vouchers, Mrs Flanagan for her tireless work on making Friday afternoon so memorable, Donna Hanson and her amazing team of volunteers who worked the Mother’s Day stall and every person who bought a raffle tickets, Mother’s Day gift and/or came along to celebrate all things mum at CPS on Friday 🩷

All funds raised will go towards our upcoming school production, making tickets cheaper for the whole community 🎟️

🏃2026 CROSS COUNTRY 🏃🏼‍♀️

What do you get if you cross an Easter bonnet parade with cross country on a hot, sunny day? Hot cross bunnies! 😂 Or, the last day of Term 1 at Chelsea Primary School.

Mr Hine was the ultimate professional as he answered the question: “am I through to district?” asked by 300 children at his first Cross Country.

Thank you to our community who came out to watch, all the staff who helped with timing, support and motivation and our incredible photographer, Mr Maddock 📸

Most of all, we are so proud of all our cross country runners who tried their hardest and got behind their fellow runners! ‘The Chelsea Way’ was in full flight.

Now to relax 😎

✨ Mrs Simpson has teamed up with Miss Dunne and Mrs Carlisle to create a vibrant and dynamic Year 1 Team!

✨ In Year 2, Miss Jones and Ms Flanagan have joined forces with Mrs Morecroft (Mon–Thu) and Mrs Williams (Fri) to complete a truly fantastic team!
