🎉 What a fantastic day at Northern Athletics! Sharni had an outstanding performance, achieving a personal best in Long Jump with a fantastic 3.71m and taking out 1st place in the region for 9 Years Girls Long Jump! 🥇👏

She also placed 3rd in the 9 Years 100m Final and finished 3rd overall in the region for 9 Years Girls! 🥉🏃‍♀️

👏 We are incredibly proud to celebrate Joe’s outstanding performance across the 13 Years Boys Field Events at the Darling Downs Trials, with three 1st Place finishes!

🐄 Ag Camp 2026! 🛻

🤩 Our Certificate III in Agriculture students tackled a huge week of practical training and assessment, completing requirements across 16 units of competency! ✨

🐄 From cattle handling and NVDs to fencing, w**d control, biosecurity, livestock management and pasture planning, students gained valuable hands-on experience at Wambiana and through a visit to the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries. 🏫

👏 What a big week of learning, teamwork and getting stuck in!

💙 Well done to our Agriculture students for representing CTSDE with pride. We can’t wait to see more of you at Ag Camp in 2027! 💛

🐄 CTSDE Cattle Club at the Charters Towers Show! 🏆

What a fantastic way to wrap up the Cattle Club year! 🎉 A huge congratulations to Tori, Elle and Nathaniel, who represented CTSDE across several events and gave it their all.

🌟 Junior Judging U13 Team of 3 – 1st Place with an outstanding 93 points!
🏆 All three students also made the Top 6 in their individual Junior Judging heats.
🥉 Tori finished 3rd in the U12 Junior Judging Final and Nathaniel received the Encouragement Award.

A special congratulations to Tori, who independently competed in U12 Junior Handling, winning her class and going on to be named Supreme Champion Handler of the Show! 🏆 She also took home the Hillview Homestead 2026 Northern Young Cattle Handlers Series buckle! 🤠

A huge thank you to our families and CTSDE staff for their support, organisation and supervision throughout the Show. We are so proud of all three students for getting involved, having a go and representing our school so proudly! 💙🐄

💃 Formal 2026 - A night to remember! 🕺

The Combined Schools Formal was a wonderful evening filled with laughter, friendship, dancing, and unforgettable memories. It was fantastic to see everyone dressed to impress and enjoying such a special milestone together.
