Absolutely! There is a lot more to being a mum than breastfeeding but it is a great place to start. 👉🏼 Preparation is key! The Thompson Method provides a foundation for breastfeeding, preparing mums for some of the potential challenges and how they can overcome them or even more so to prevent some of the complications associated with breastfeeding.

It has been quite a while since I have been active on FB. I am keen to get some regular classes happening this year. Thank you to all those who have reached out for classes last year. I love helping mums feel confident to follow their own instincts and to provide resources to not just survive the journey of breastfeeding but thrive!!!

Tomorrow marks the first day of World Breastfeeding Week 2024. 🤱

"We live in a world where the great majority, and
in many countries the vast majority, of women
are choosing to breastfeed.
Yet very few can breastfeed for as long as they
want and the poorer the women are the less
likely they are to meet their breastfeeding goals.
This WBW2024 will discuss main causes of
inequalities at different levels and provides some
suggested actions to help close the gaps."

🌹The Beautiful Breastfeeding Program is uniquely developed to help many women across the world prepare for breastfeeding as well as provide support to mums during their breastfeeding journey. This program is one way of closing the gap.🌹

🌻Breastfeeding doesn't work out for everyone and there are some moms who need the extra help....Bindi had 6 babies and it was evident within 24hrs that we had to step in and help mum with feeding them. Unfortunately I couldn't give her pre birth breastfeeding preparation!!!!

Pre birth breastfeeding education can definitely make the transition easier in learning some of the key principles of breast feeding and what to generally expect.

The Thompson Method is the best breastfeeding preparation program that I have been introduced to!!!
