Hey Shigan kotara people! Time to get back into martial arts training for 2019. First warmup class back at kotara on Mon 21 Jan. Before long grading will shortly be upon us so let’s get prepared. Be sure to bring cold water due to hot weather. New members more than welcome to try one month free. Chris Alford

Kotara shigan last training is this Wed 12 Dec 2018. First class back will be Monday 21st January 2019.

We have an established class of adults with kids and family students making a very good mix. A good year had by all.
