Lockdown is HARD on our minds.
Donโt forget during these times to use exercise as a form of therapy; move a little or move a lot, either way you will notice the benefits almost instantly I promise ๐ง ๐โโ๏ธ
This week come down at 6am Tuesday 2nd Feb.
Just bring yourself, a water bottle and a towel ๐โโ๏ธ
Christmas/New years break is over. Time to get back into it and kick off those fitness goals for 2021 for a happy and healthy year ๐โโ๏ธ
Morning group sessions kicking off again, come down at 6am tomorrow (26th) to ward oval. $10pp. Approx 45 minute circuit style workout.
