Thank you Tilba Dairy, for the donation of enough beautiful, rich Jersey cream for every student to have a go at making butter! The process was also a Science lesson! Sandy and Lilah used the buttermilk to make pancakes for Breakfast Club on Tuesday- yum!

Book Week 2026 at Central Tilba Public School was celebrated this morning with our Literary Character Parade and Published Author Challenge. It is always a joy to see the stories that have inspired our students and the characters that they connect with. The creativity evident in the costumes is always outstanding. Thank you to everyone who participated with such enthusiasm- it was a very special morning!

Central Tilba School always enjoy collaborating with the CWA each year to research and learn about a country. Bulla! This year it was Fiji 🌺 The students shared their amazing projects, cooked and shared a Fijian feast together, created some special, traditional craft pieces and had a wonderful day!

Debating Team Shines
Tully, Grace, Davi and Otto travelled to Batemans Bay for their final debate in this year’s Premier’s Debating Challenge. Our team has demonstrated impressive skills in research, critical thinking, teamwork and public speaking. Through each round of the competition, the students have grown not only as debaters but as confident communicators, embracing the challenges and learning opportunities that the Premier’s Debating Challenge provides. They were truly outstanding, and we couldn’t be prouder of them.
