SAUSAGE MAKING CLASS WITH MATT-THE-BUTCHER!
Saturday, 17th November
5pm - 8pm
Eastwood's Deli and Cooking School - Bermagui

Bring your beers and learn from RCA's mobile butcher.
This is a hands on class where Matt will show you how to make your sausages from start to finish. Learn the right way to prepare the meat, blend the recipes and how to use your sausage casings carefully and successfully.

You will take home the sausages you have made throughout the workshop, and sample the flavours as you go. No previous experience necessary.

If you never had the chance to do a cooking lesson with Matt-the-Butcher, pastry queen Nelleke Gorton, or award winning cheese maker Erica Dibden, now's your chance at the newly opened ‘Eastwood’s Deli and Cooking School’ – just down the road from Tilba in beautiful Bermagui. As former Food Producer of RCA and Manager of the RCA Cooking School, Kelly decided to move permanently to Bermagui when the show finished, and set up her dream business. On behalf of Paul, Kelly, the staff at River Cottage Australia Cooking School, and KEO Films, we'd like to thank you for your support of the school and wish everyone a fantastic Xmas and new year.

We have just held our very last classes over the weekend and it's been a fantastic experience for everyone involved.
