Yesterday's Revheads

Yesterday's Revheads A DVD on Helping parents understand, how to teach learners to drive, and changing the mind-set of the learners. Thank you for your time and help.

I would like to introduce this campaign I am attempting. A program that focuses on understanding and the importance on driving with safety, and the skills to avoid what comes their way, all on a DVD. The footage on the DVDs will contain great bush scenery, as well as beach scenery; most however will be from a town environment, where I focus on the rules, hazards and skills, depending on the level

of skills the student has at the time that will determine where their lessons will be held. When this program is up and running, it will assist a great majority of parents, the simple and unique way this program will be presented, will give a great sigh of relief to all of those parents and guardians trying to train there learner divers. My hope is that parents will learn to calm down when training their learners. Distraught adult trainers really impact negatively on the students, and the trainers themselves can cause accidents, even though unwittingly. That is the single worst thing that parents or trainers do. They make it so hard for the students to learn, how can anyone, letter alone a young driver, learns in a panic-learning environment. I hear this time and time again “my parents don’t trust me to drive” or “my parents just can’t control themselves and go off at me, if I make a mistake” well parents, it’s time to take a deep breath and put yourselves in the student shoes, and with this DVD you should get a much better understanding, and the confidence to train, without so much fear! This program will give parents and the students, before they attempt to drive, a much better idea in detail of how and what to teach. It will show parents and the students how to be much safer and confident when they are teaching or driving. It will be like you are in the car with a driving instructor as you watch the DVDs. If I don’t achieve the full funding, I will still go ahead with it anyway, because this is too important to just let go. I will use the funding I have received, towards the cameras and gradually build the rest myself over 12 months or less. So those who have put in money will be guaranteed their promise within 12 months of the campaign ending. If I do manage to achieve the total funding, I will honor the promise of the agreement within 6 months from the end of the campaign.

When can fog lights be used ?

Front and rear fog lights must only be used in fog or rain, or when conditions such as smoke and dust limit your vision.

It is a legal requirement that once conditions improve and you can see more clearly, the front and rear fog lights are switched off.

If your vehicle is not fitted with fog lights you may use your headlights during the day in these adverse conditions.

Please switch off your fog lights once conditions improve.
