Tickets are $1 each or $10 for a booklet with fantastic 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes up for grabs! 🏆

📚 Students will receive their raffle booklet on Monday 24th August.
✉️ Booklets need to be returned by Friday 4th September.
🏆 Winners will be announced that afternoon!

💤 Pyjama Day at Preschool 🧸🌙

Get ready for a fun and cosy Pyjama Day at preschool! 🎉

When: Thursday 20 August 2026 (Week 5)
Where: Little Jarjums Preschool & CWPS
Who: All students and staff

Children are invited to come to preschool in their favourite pyjamas! 🧸🌙 Please choose comfortable clothing and suitable footwear so children can still enjoy all their usual play and activities throughout the day.

💛 Gold Coin Fundraiser

As part of Pyjama Day, we will be supporting The Pyjama Foundation and their Pyjama Angels program.

Pyjama Angels are trained volunteer mentors who provide one-on-one learning and personal support to children and young people living in foster care across New South Wales.

Funds raised help provide educational resources, life skills and mentoring opportunities for children in out-of-home care.

If you are able to contribute a gold coin donation, it would be greatly appreciated. Every little bit helps! 💛

We would love for our families to get behind this wonderful cause while enjoying a fun and cosy PJ Day together! ✨

🐝🍯 Buzzing with excitement at Little Jarjums Preschool! 🍯🐝

Last week, we were so lucky to welcome Crystal from Stingless Bee Buzz to Little Jarjums! 🌿🐝

Crystal introduced us to the fascinating world of our native stingless bees, teaching us all about their lifecycle, the important role they play in pollination, and some amazing bee facts. 🌸

Our little Jarjums had the opportunity to:
📖 Listen to a wonderful bee story
🐝 Get up close and interact with a real bee hive
🕯️ Feel and explore beeswax
🍯 Taste delicious native bee honey
🌼 Learn how bees help our environment

It was a hands-on, sensory-filled experience that had everyone buzzing with curiosity! 💛

A huge thank you to Crystal from Stingless Bee Buzz for sharing your knowledge and passion with our Jarjums and helping us discover just how important these tiny little pollinators are. 🐝🌏💚
