Primary Spring Social

Yeehaw! What a ripper of a night we had at our Spring Social – A Country Classic!

Our students swapped their school uniforms for their finest country gear and came together for an evening packed with fun, laughter and plenty of country spirit.

There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, with students getting involved, enjoying time with their friends and making some great memories along the way. After filling up on a delicious BBQ and sausage sizzle, it was time to dust off those dancing boots!

The evening came to a fantastic finish with a barn dance under the fairy lights, with plenty of toe-tapping, twirling and laughter as our students and staff embraced the country theme.

It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and enjoying such a fun night together.

A huge thank you and hats off to our wonderful staff and everyone who helped make the evening happen. Your hard work behind the scenes helped create such a memorable event for our students.

And to our families, thank you for getting behind the event and helping us make it such a success.

Primary Enrichment – Term 3

Here at CCS, our students are offered Enrichment activities each week as an opportunity to grow holistically and develop new skills that extend beyond the traditional classroom setting.
For Term 3, all students from Year 1 to Year 6 have the opportunity to choose an elective to participate in on Friday afternoons throughout the term. This term’s exciting options are Chess, Drawing, Clay Play, Minecraft Education, Nature Play and Traditional Aboriginal Games.

All groups have made a fantastic start to the term, with students showing great enthusiasm and excitement as they try something new or explore an activity they already have a real passion for.

It has been wonderful to see students learning, creating, collaborating and having fun with their peers. We look forward to seeing their skills and confidence continue to grow throughout the term!

💙 Father’s Day Breakfast & Primary Assembly 💙

What a wonderful morning of food, fellowship, fun and faith as we celebrated the special men in our families!

A huge thank you to all the dads, granddads, Pa’s, uncles and family members who joined us for our Father’s Day Breakfast. We were truly blessed to share breakfast together, enjoy great conversations and even witness a little friendly competition in our handball tournament!

We are so grateful for the gift of family and for the men who encourage, guide, love and support our children. We pray that God continues to strengthen and bless each of you as you lead and nurture the next generation.

Our Primary students also enjoyed a special assembly where dads were invited to share their best dad jokes — bringing plenty of laughter and smiles to the morning!

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful staff who helped organise and make the morning such a special occasion.

Congratulations to our Primary and Secondary Athletes!

Congratulations to all our Primary and Secondary students who attended the CSSA State Athletics Carnivals! We are incredibly proud of everyone who competed and represented our school.

A special congratulations to Hannah, who performed exceptionally well across her events!

Hannah will now compete at the CIS Athletics Carnival on Tuesday, 22 September 2026, at the Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre.
