What a day full of fun and seeing the power of books coming to life, celebrating this years theme a Symphony of Stories.
We started the day with a magical parade, multi aged activities an author reading and buddy reading in the sunshine.

Thanks to all our families and carers for helping your children create wonderful costumes and experiences! To our super fun teachers your costumes were also impressive.

We would love to have as many people as possible at our Working Bee next week, there is many jobs to do.

Bullying NO WAY, day 4.
Your words have power online and in person. Before you say or send something, think about how it might impact someone else.
Today we looked at how powerful our words actually CAN be and delivered kind messages to some of the teachers across the school. Watching their reaction as they read their notes really showed how much our words can impact others.

Thank you to our wonderful Mrs Kennedy, Mrs McGregor and Mrs Riley. We appreciate your hard work and commitment to Carrum Primary School.

Gretel Coffee Roasters made sure our leaders started their day with a hot coffee and some delicious treats, and Pick A Flower put together some stunning bouquets.
