Reminder King’s Birthday class is on tonight 6-7 pm with Sensei Dan. Kids, teens and adults all welcome.

Kings Birthday class! This Monday Sensei Dan will run a combined class for all children, teens and adults from 6-7pm. This class was well attended last public holiday. All welcome 💪👊.

Great night of training last night. Kids were able to do a variety of activities with the foam blockers. Teens and adults worked on breaking line prior to scoring and distance adjustment.
