Urgent Position: Administration Assistant
We are seeking for a pro-active and self-motivated Casual Administration Assistant working with flexibility.
To work in conjunction with the existing Administration/Bookkeeper and Nominated Supervisor.

SELECTION CRITERIA
ESSENTIAL:
The ideal candidate has strong time management skills, a passion for customer service, high attention to detail, and outstanding verbal & written communication skills.
Administrative skills:
• Minimum of 12 months experience
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills and experience in MYOB.
• Able to work individually with limited supervision, and also as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic and friendly with an excellent customer service focus
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check, Police Clearance and Medical Certificate prior to commencement (as per Education and Care Services National Regulations).

Desirable:
• Demonstrated experience processing payroll records.

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor of Early Childhood, Diploma, and or Certificate Three in Early Education and Care.
What about You? You will have: a Degree in Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma of Early Education and Care, a Certificate Three in Early Education and Care; or be willing to commence study as a condition of employment. HLTAID004 First Aid Certificate, and An understanding of the National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, the EYLF and the NQF.
You must:
Be reliable, have a happy disposition and be an enthusiastic person who can transfer that enthusiasm into the work place as an Educator.
Have a high level of verbal and written communication skills. Be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a timely and professional manner.
