Catholic schools are committed to providing a high-quality education while also nurturing students' faith through experiences such as Christian service learning.

Our Light of Nano Christian Service Learning Program is currently underway in Years 7 and 8. Last week, Tem, Hunter, Madison, Ruby, and Hopeau demonstrated outstanding service to our college community by volunteering at the P&F Disco, creating handwritten Father's Day messages, and assisting with photography at the Father's Day Breakfast.

Their willingness to give their time and share their strengths reflects the spirit of service that lies at the heart of the Light of Nano program. We thank them for their contribution and for making a positive difference within our College community.

We gathered to honour and celebrate fathers, grandfathers, and all those who lovingly fulfil a fatherly role in our students lives.
It was a wonderful morning of faith, gratitude, and community at St Mary's.

EA Appreciation Week at St Mary Star of the Sea College
This week we celebrate our incredible Education Assistants during EA Appreciation Week. Our amazing staff shared a little afternoon tea and were given personalised posters featuring quotes from the students they support.

The heartfelt messages were a wonderful reminder of the positive impact our EAs have every day through their care, encouragement and dedication. Thank you for all that you do for our students and school community.
