Labyrinth Walk for Mindfulness
Take a break to reduce stress, restore mental energy, and renew your creative resources.
The simple act of walking the labyrinth can restore and refresh, connecting mind, body and spirit.
Facilitated by RMIT Interfaith Chaplain Helen Summers. No prior experience needed. A safe and inclusive meditative activity.

When: Every Wednesday, anytime between 11am - 1pm.

When it ends
The Jubilee ends on January 6, 2026, the Feast of the Epiphany, with the closing of the Holy Door
