All I knew leaving high school was that I couldn't work for someone. I had to make a mess on my terms. So I threw myself in the deep end, again and again.

But that meant learning a lot of hard lessons with no-one showing me a better way.

I wouldn't change it because I learnt what I was capable of. But do I wish I had someone to guide me along the way??? Gawd yes!

I probably would have been a defiant little s**t but the amount of mistakes and stress I could have avoided may have prevented all the burnout and mental unwellness.

So after 25 years of running agencies and building brands for the suits, I've spent the last 18 months rebuilding me, so I can better guide you as you make the bold decision to walk your own path too.

It's an exhilarating ride but it'll cook you before your time... Particularly if you're a hypersensitive, people pleasing perfectionist who is both altruistic and idealistic with huge ambition, impossible standards and a habit of overdramatising everything because you find life boring and you're addicted to intensity.
