Carlton Academy Of Early Learning Carlton Academy of Early Learning is privately owned and operated child care centre. We cater for children between the ages of 20 months – 5 years.

At Carlton Academy of Early Learning we believe an early learning centre should be a calm, warm and welcoming environment where children and their families enjoy a sense of belonging. The centre is open Monday – Friday from 7am to 6
pm for 52 weeks of the year (closed on NSW Public Holidays).

Our Preschoolers had a fantastic time at Hurstville Library for a special NAIDOC Week workshop with Elder Aunty Anna. 🤎🖤❤️💛

Through storytelling, hands-on experiences with traditional instruments and cultural materials, the children deepened their understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and the importance of listening, learning and showing respect.

Our Preschool children have been extending on their interest in collecting shells during their beach adventures. Using magnifying glasses, they closely explored the different types, sizes, colours, patterns, and textures of shells they discovered.

This hands-on experience encourages curiosity, observation skills, and early scientific thinking as children investigate and compare the unique features of natural materials. Learning through exploration helps build language, problem-solving skills, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world around them.

The children loved learning about dialing Triple Zero (000), “Stop, Drop & Roll,” and exploring the fire truck. Such a fun and valuable experience for our little children
