We would like to thank all our generous families in donating to our Christmas toy drive for Dandelion Support Network. We received many great items such as clothes, brand new toys and books. It is such a great way to be giving back to our local community as well as supporting such a great cause.
We would also like to thank all the children who decorated a gift bag for those families in need. They are very creative and festive looking. I'm sure it will bring a smile to a family in need.

We are very excited to announce that Caringbah Pre-Kindergarten will be opening late January 2018.
The newly renovated boutique Long Day Care Centre, will be providing care for 28 children per day, 0-6 years. With opening ours from 7:00am-6:00pm. Caringbah Pre-Kindergarten is an extension of our Gymea centre and will reflect the same high quality standards, practices, education and care.

We have a full time position open for a Room Leader at Yass Pre-Kindergarten
Criteria:
Diploma in Children's Services or higher
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
Cleared Working with Children Check
Current Child Protection Training
Proven ability to implement and contribute to the EYLF
Demonstrated experience in the National Quality Standards
Skills and attributes:
Good communication skills
Constant use of initiative
Pro-active approach to continual improvement and learning
Ability to direct staff, and then work both as part of a team/ team leader
Ability to work with children in all situations, group, one to one.
Ability to motivate others, be persuasive, organised, calm in a noisy environment and in the face of pressure, be flexible and committed.
