They have all attended instructor's courses for teaching kids and are regularly assessed and provided with further training. They are not just personal trainers teaching kicking, punching and stretching. Our instructors are individuals that have had a strong commitment to their own training and development, and are now committed to assisting your child in becoming better too. Further, our instructors actively employ drills and exercises into class that build real confidence, discipline, and behaviour. When your child starts training with us you will be welcomed into a family focused club - our members and families often get together for more than just training. With both social and training focussed events (like school holiday training camps, BBQ's, mums classes, training/movie nights) occurring regularly.
