📣 STARTING SAT 19th SEPTEMBER! 🥳 We are so excited to be bringing Mat Pilates to the studio next month, led by Chelsea, a qualified instructor certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, bringing expert technique and a well rounded understanding of movement to every class.
