This week our Year 4/5/6 class have been super lucky to have Shae and D.J from Dare to Dream working with them on their acting skills through a series of games and workshops. They had to write their own raps, interviews and short scenes and put it together to create an educational show that taught safety. The confidence in each individual has absolutely soared and has been so rewarding to watch! We hope we get Shae and D.J back again soon- they will be very missed!

It is so fantastic to watch our Prep/1 students progress throughout the school year. Coming to school and not writing anything to now sounding out their own sentences and writing independently!! What learning legends!! ✍️

And that’s a wrap on our camp at Tinaroo EEC. We are on the road home with lots of promises of naps on the bus and stories to tell our families. Thank you to TEEC for having us!

Check in from Day 2 on camp. Lots of tired faces and resilience building today. The weather was much more temperamental which meant we had to be towed like little ducks across the lake to go back to camp. We all have some great stories to tell!
