The Hunter Trainers & Assessors Network (HTAN) is a not-for-profit organisation for anyone working within the training industry. The objectives of HTAN are:
To share information and assist members to be at the leading edge of Vocational Education and Training (VET). To encourage and support members to maintain current skills in training and assessment. The HTAN Committee is a team of volunteers wh

o work within the training industry. Their role is to manage the network in order to meet the objectives, as outlined above. The objectives are met through the coordination of the bi-monthly HTAN Breakfasts, conferences and other professional development workshops and events. HTAN Inc. does not engage in any political lobbying. What influence HTAN may appear to exercise within the industry arises purely from a broad dissemination of membership opinion and assiduous networking by the committee on behalf of the members.

A Special Resolution was passed by the members in an Extraordinary General Meeting to apply for voluntary cancellation of Hunter Trainers and Assessors Network (HTAN).
This has now been applied for to NSW Fair Trading.
Once the application is approved the committee will take the final steps to close HTAN.

Ordinary Business of the Meeting
1. Minutes of the 2020 AGM of HTAN. To receive and consider the minutes of the 2020 AGM of HTAN held on 15 December 2020 via zoom. A copy of the minutes will be available on our website.
Please note no AGM was held for 2021 due to COVID.
2. Financial Statements and reports. To receive and consider HTAN's financial reports and the report of the Chair for the financial years ending 2021 and 2020. A copy of the the report will available on our website.
3. Election of members to the HTAN committee.
