🔬✨ Science Week at CVPS! ✨🔬
This week was a fantastic week of science, exploration and discovery at Canning Vale Primary School! From our Monday Muster and exciting dry ice experiment to hands on activities and demonstrations throughout the week, our students had so much fun learning, questioning and discovering.
A huge thank you to our amazing Year 6 helpers who gave up their break times to prepare, assist with experiments and help make Science Week such a success. Your enthusiasm and support were greatly appreciated! 👏🔬

We put Ms Price to the test with our Student Voice Challenge! The challenge was simple… could she recognise her students just by their voices? 🤔🎤
The students in M2 had plenty of fun trying to trick Ms Price, putting on funny voices and doing their best impressions to see if they could fool her! 😂 There were plenty of laughs, surprises and a few “I should definitely know that one!” moments along the way!
It was such a fun way to celebrate our students, their personalities and, of course, their unique voices, because every voice matters! ❤️💚

💙 Telethon BullyZero: Empowering Children to Reduce Bullying 💙
Yesterday, we were lucky to welcome Telethon BullyZero to our school to speak with our students about bullying, kindness, inclusion and the important role we all play in creating a safe and supportive school community.
Our students had the opportunity to learn about recognising bullying, understanding its impact and, most importantly, how they can speak up, support others and be part of the solution.
A huge thank you to the team at BullyZero for engaging with our students and empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to make a difference. 💙
Together, we can create a school community where everyone feels safe, included and valued. 🌟

A little bit of musical fun from some of the staff in preparation for the disco 🪩 this week. Can you guess the year they started teaching or became an EA from a song????
Just a snippet of the action packed day CVPS Cheer had today. Starting at 6:30am and finishing around 3pm we had three amazing teams compete at Aussie Gold. Everyone has worked hard for this day and we could not be more proud of your commitment, effort, teamwork and amazing behaviour today!
