It's time for change!
I have been planning a move away from "Totally Sound Health" to something more in alignment with how my offerings have evolved for several years now. The first covid lockdown really forced me to re-evaluate everything, but even so I dragged my feet on letting go of the old, scared to take that leap after working so hard to build up what I had.
I started out nearly 20 years ago with an initial focus on Sound Therapy, which soon expanded to include other modalities. My vision at the time was to run a holistic centre that would be a "one stop shop" for health. After many life lessons and personal traumas along the way, I've grown and my mission has shifted.
My aim has always been to empower others. So now it feels right to make that the focus of my work. I'm in the process of building a new website where the main focus will be online courses. I'll still run some workshops locally (as covid allows!) and I'm still available for individual treatments.
I'm really excited about this change! Stay tuned for a new website soon!

The outpouring of support for those affected by the bushfires has been one positive outcome from this terrible disaster.
I've given what I can; it's been fabulous to see just how generous people (and businesses) have been.
Financially, I donate through RAWCS - Rotary Australia World Community Service to ensure 100% of the funds make it to the intended recipient (no admin costs are creamed off!).
And practically, I'm proud to be a part of the Wellness Advocate Natural Disaster Support group, who have created thousands of emergency kits to distribute to the fireys and those affected by the fires. 💜

How good is it to finally have a fast, reliable internet connection!! It feels like we're among the last in Perth to connect to the NBN!! Is there anyone else out there who is still waiting to switch over?
