Wonderschool Monash - We are excited to introduce our new Wonderschool Monash Community Library!
The purpose of the library is to encourage a love of reading, storytelling, and shared learning experiences between children and their families. Reading together helps build language, imagination, confidence and connection, and we are delighted to create another opportunity for the children to explore books both at the Centre and at home.
Our Community Library is available now and will operate on a simple borrowing system:
- The children may choose a book to take home and enjoy with their family.
- Please return borrowed books on your next day of attendance so other families can enjoy them too.
- Families are welcome to donate used children's books to help our collection continue to grow!
We encourage families to spend time reading together each day, even if only for a few minutes. Listening to stories, talking about the illustrations, and sharing favourite books with one another can create meaningful learning moments and lifelong memories.

Wonderschool Woden - Across all of our Wonderschool Centres, the safety, dignity and rights of children are always at the centre of what we do, including how we share moments from their day.
You may notice that we do not typically include children’s faces in our social media posts. This is a deliberate and long-standing approach grounded in respect for children’s privacy, their right to consent, and the increasing risks associated with sharing identifiable images online.
While we love celebrating the meaningful learning that happens each day, we do so thoughtfully. Our photos are carefully curated to capture experiences, environments and learning without identifying individual children.
This approach allows us to share the richness of our program while protecting the children in our care, both now and into the future.
Thank you for supporting us in upholding safe and respectful practices for all children.

Wonderschool Conder - Last month at Wonderschool Conder, the children engaged in a hands-on exploration of worms and the process of creating worm leachate, commonly referred to as “worm wee.” The children have been consistently assisted in feeding the worms and observing their behaviour.
One Friday, Megan from Local Impact Sustainability visited to speak with the children about how worms break down food, and how worm leachate is produced. The children explored the worm farm, and some even chose to gently hold a worm, although there were many comments on how slimy they were!
Chef Matt demonstrated how worm leachate is collected from our worm farms. The children then poured the leachate into jugs, transferred it into jars, and created labels for each jar. Conder’s very own ‘Worm Wee’ is available for our families and community!
