Using a down-to-earth and non-judgmental approach, Kim specialises in elite executive coaching, life and career balance coaching, returning to work coaching, thriving through change coaching, and entrepreneur coaching. Kim's evidence-based leadership workshops are designed for those working in government (from CEO to APS 5 levels). Having transitioned to executive career coaching after two decades in roles leading people at the Australian National University and the Australian Public Service, Kim understands government and the organisational challenges leaders face with adapting, changing and achieving more with less. Kim is a member of the International Coach Federation and adheres to itsreputable code of ethics. She also runs the Network of Possibility, which Kim founded to connect and support others in the community, including through fundraising for important charities.
