Having transitioned to executive career coaching after two decades in roles leading people at the Australian National University and the Australian Public Service, Kim understands government and the organisational challenges leaders face with adapting, changing and achieving more with less. Kim is a member of the International Coach Federation and adheres to itsreputable code of ethics. She also runs the Network of Possibility, which Kim founded to connect and support others in the community, including through fundraising for important charities.
