There is something magical about Tuff trays..
🌿Our nursery discovered sensory exploration experience with a discovery tray filled with sand, fuzzy wires, leaves, sticks, and feathers.
The children eagerly explored the different textures using their hands, scooping, touching, and examining each natural and sensory material.
🎗️This hands-on activity encouraged curiosity, sensory awareness, fine motor development, and descriptive language as educators introduced new words such as soft, rough, smooth and crunchy.

Our succulent garden!
🌿Thank you to our senior preschool children for creating our little succulent garden.
🪴 Children had lots of fun this week engaging in hands-on gardening experiences.
They were excited to help Ally plant her succulents into different pots.
🌿Children carefully filled the pots with soil, gently placed the succulents into position.
🪴Through this experience, they learned about caring for living things, developed their fine motor skills and practised working cooperatively with their peers.

As part of project-based learning program, Senior Preschool children began their exciting baking journey by making simple cookies together. They were eager to participate in every step of the process. Following the plan they had created earlier, the children worked collaboratively to bake their cookies. Everyone had the opportunity to take turns adding ingredients, measuring, using baking tools, mixing the dough and creating different cookie shapes and patterns.
Once the cookies were baked, the children eagerly tasted their creations. When our ECT teacher Ally asked children how the cookies tasted, they all gave a big thumbs up and shared comments about their baking experience. The children were proud of what they had achieved and enjoyed celebrating the results of their hard work.
